A girl along the road
I saw with tearful eyes
There all she did was cry
Coz' to her love she said goodbye

Yes she loves him deeply
But her heart is slowly breaking
She needs to escape from the pain
Before the pouring of the rain

Now, she's falling again
To someone in the past
But he's not the one that's recent
Coz' for her thay're just not meant

With this, friends doubted her
Questioned her heart
'Why? What happened?
Revenge is what you intend? '

'Yes, he hurt you
So many times
You don't have to turn things black
You don't have to hurt him back! '

The girl answered back
And explained herself
'I love him less today
For I don't want this pain to stay! '

Nonsense is what her friends think
For all they see is the guy's side
Never what the girl's heart has to say!
Never what the girl's heart has to say!

The girl fell down to her knees
And shed the tears of pain
'How come they don't understand?
By me why can't they stand? '

There the girl along the road
I saw with abandoned eyes
There all she did was cry
For it seems everyone waved goodbye!
