A Fountain Mourning Poem by Emmanuel George Cefai

A Fountain Mourning

Blushing
The
Fountains
Crop
One
After
The
Other;
Dawns
Fly
Speedily
Leaving
Morns
Of
Beauty
Their
Progeny
Behind
Them.
Leap
Up
The
Fountains
Exploding
In
Seeds
Of
Water:
Hydrogen
And
Smell
Of
Oxygen
Beginnings
And
geneses
the
waters
rush
and
though
the
fountains
rustle
up
they
play
the fugue of sadness
in their violins.
