A Day For Everyone Poem by Angel A. Lockwood

A Day For Everyone

Monday's children
Tasted the grace
Made it other week by
God's grace
Tuesday's child fights
Through the blues, keeping strong
Just can't loose
Wednesday's child, the hump isn't new
However the leap
Just does not bother you
Thursday's child feeling free, because
Friday's child celebrates with thee.
Saturday's child on the run
Making the most of the hours
Before the day is done
Sunday's child rest to win, and blend
The elements all together
To win again
