A Costermonger Poem by Sunil Shandilya

A Costermonger

Gold suffusing into lapis lazuli
A costermonger, offering cotton candy
feast as you please, they are, free.
"Am here and still, in front of thee."
.
.
"My carrying pole, of pink and blush."
"Come, embrace, I've been ringing for long."
All the sweet tooths gathered,
All savoured, with a promise to return
"Till next springs" said the Costermonger..
