A Conversation With The Fairies Poem by Justin Gildow

A Conversation With The Fairies

Strolling along with a few of the fairies
We stop for a moment or two
Just to take in the scenes before us
The scenes of nature

We begin a conversation
Talking about how pretty the flowers are
As well as the trees and their leaves

The fairy queen stands next to me
And points out many things to me
She gives me a smile
While the others giggle

Having this conversation with the fairies
I can tell they want to cast off my regrets
I can tell they want to make me forget
I can tell they want to make me smile
And to feel happy and warm inside
As well as feel as light as air

Continuing our walk
This is a magical time
Continuing our talk
These magical moments are all of yours
As well as mine
