A Busy Mind Poem by Judy Hill

A Busy Mind

Rating: 3.5

Sitting here with all types of thoughts going through my mind,
searching for love that I can not find.

Wanting you more than I think you want me,
hoping one day that you will see.

Fascinated by your words and the tone of your voice,
never knowing if your going to make that choice.

Dreaming of the times we made love,
feeling like it was sent from above.

When we kiss I feel straight passion,
you do it well in every shape, form, and fashion.

Wondering if you will one day love me,
right now I don’t know what the future is going to be.

So I sit and pray to the Lord about my life,
he knows that one day I want to be your wife.

Love conquers all,

Only time will tell,

Loving you has done me well.

I go along with Peter on this. This is a well structured piece and I particularly am impressed that you gave it this title as it seems to suggest how we can engage ourselves profoundly with one issue.
