A Broken Vow Poem by Hades Pandemonium

A Broken Vow

Rating: 5.0

It's useless trying to forget, what hasn't happened yet.
When you know that you're completely alone,
Even your shadow has left you,
The sun has betrayed you when the day turned to night,
The moon hid it's pale face behind the clouds
And your muse dropped her torch of inspiration.
In moments like these, you dropp to your knees
And beg for the gods to take back their curse.
But your pleas are left unheard,
You are doomed to roam an eternity,
Where there is nothing but corruption and deceit surrounds you,
All because you made a vow, that you carelessly broke.
