A Beautiful Thing Poem by Jon ProskeyVigil

A Beautiful Thing

Rating: 5.0

Watching the sun shine down between the clouds,
or petting a kind old hound, who's barkings is a musical sound,
Watching a storm in the night, as the thunder rumbles and lighting cracks,
When the leaves change their color, because water they lack,
the smell or the woods after it rains,
all of man kinds wonders are just a shame,
compared to the beauty of the land,
mother nature must be an artist, for only she could create such wonder,
yet mankind continues to plunder,
the riches she has created, they tear it down and change its face,
I dont know why they have to change this beautiful place.
