was politely ask about job today
might have answered it lousily
blurted requirements we need
saw his face from fair to sour
he took breathe dropp his shoulder
in my mind i should be proper
so many ask me same questions
maybe my face can be trusted
maybe i'm a guy who has it good
i just don't like to give false hope
that's more guilt than i can cope
so be it i won't change my story
