Pedro Cescon Poems

Rain falling in tears skies can't hold
They are heavy, and fast and cold,
Yet so precious that its fall's mold
Can become the nest of a new life's fold
...

I heard it once and I believed,
That was my name and I was relieved,
That was enough and I was satisfied,
Didn't matter if was truth or someone lied,
...

A day / A night
A pet / A sight
Paws / Thy Claws
Fur white / Hellkite
...

It thought better dark,
When you sought the day,
Would pick the park,
When you got the highway,
...

(To Toshiro Masuda's 'Ultimate Secrets' Song)

BOOM - t-t-t-t-t-t-t-t-t-t-t-t - BOOM BOOM,
BOOM... It's the stress of the drum,
...

I, barefooted on the sand,
Oh, how I envy you, bird,
No string, bind or strand,
Flying on wind's word,
...

Putting your heart in every action can make you miserable...
Aches twice as more when you fall,
Frightens thrice as more when you fight,
Messes up ten times more when you can't,
...

It is a wind's blow,
It is a lip's bow,

For the swift chants of the grass,
...

While it has no flock,
Lonely bird still flies to south,
And its way finds no lock,
For its only interest is its very mouth,
...

I will force you to walk,
Till your legs allow you,
And when being tired is your talk,
Then I will carry you through,
...

There was no care in my soul
Rain falling from the sky
My brain seeing the snow
And a tear going down my eye
...

A stone's a stone
Down to the core,
Down to the bone,
To it no more,
...

Instead of the gloom
Shared in past nights
It was full moon
In full lights
...

It's a flow
Tell me you know
Don't stop
go, gO, GO, GO!
...

It was when she caught my eyes,
I was forced out of myself,
Would be one of utmost lies
To say I was of some help,
...

Deeper...

Nearing heaven and hell
Between two sides of a coin
...

A nuclear explosion
Earthquake fissure
Big rock erosion
Heat burn exposure
...

Rain, Sweet Rain

Rain falling in tears skies can't hold
They are heavy, and fast and cold,
Yet so precious that its fall's mold
Can become the nest of a new life's fold

So inconstant you may think it is alive,
For it can destroy or let thrive,
For it can be loved or despised,
For it can be benevolent or be mised

And it is so human, the rain,
(Although it is most inhuman thing around)
That when the human bears big pain
Eyes got inspiration found
In no more no less than rain,
For tears imitate the very rain-like stain

And will be a day of sorrow,
When stars have rain as borrow,
And then we won't say again:
'Here comes rain, sweet rain'
