I Am.

I am sound; I am smell; I am taste; I am touch; I am sight; I am. I am.

I am the doe that looks upon the tranquil grove.
I am the river that flows o'er the rocky bed.
I am the vibrant green grass resting on the knoll.
I am the clouds above that lift my soul.

I am the wanderer.
The go getter.
The doer.
The leader.
The follower.
I am the Lost.

I have seen with my eyes but they have seen more than me. My eyes have seen who I was. Who I am. Who I will be. I have seen my eyes. They have known me.

I feel with my fingers: the soft welcoming bedding under the grass. I sleep there. I lay there. I do not belong there yet there I am. Feeling the soft welcoming sand.

I taste the cow that I have killed. I taste myself that I have grilled. I slice myself and spice myself. I did not forget to thank myself.

I can talk I can think. I can, I can.
I can but I don't.
