My 6th at 60, I'm as amazed as the rest!
The first at 18, so young and in lust,
the baby was lost, things were never the same.

No vet employed there to curb conception, for the
tolerated feline barn dwellers.
Offspring found and delat with.
A tiny white bundle, spared for a favoured ratter, by kindly publicans.

Michele Hegarty Biography
This site is a happy discovery via contact with a member. I'm not a writer, much less a poet but I will add the lines I've thought of. One is from years ago. The other I've just noted down, although a couple of phrases have been in my head for ages. These may be all there ever is, I don't know. Browsing here is a wonderful lunchtime de-stresser. I've always loved Alliteration, I find it pleasing and often uplifting. Update - Feb '09 - I am adding offerings as I think of them and enjoying the process of expanding phrases and thoughts into something longer. I'll never be good or prolific but that doesn't matter to me. I don't imagine that anyone will apreciate my work unless they know me, but again, it's more a personal activity than anything else. If anyone does read and enjoy them, that will be a huge bonus Update 2013 Have written another few words following a sad but amicable relationship breakdown. There may be more - there may not)
