Happy New Year! Happy New Year!
To those that are here and those that are not;
Passed on, lost touch, live away, different plans,
Most exciting of all, the ones still to meet.
Couples abound, some happy, some not.
Just begun, on a high, some drifting apart.
No state is easy, there's no magic wand,
Try, talk, listen, luck, move on if it's worse.
Chimes, cheers, bubbles, poppers.
It's here! It brings.... no-one knows,
but I'm not scared to see.
