I'm just a closed door

You never asked for anything more.

But then it stops,
Helping but hurting,
Never beginning,
But always ending...

It's empty.
No life.
Void.
All stops.
...

For one can't win,
For one can't succeed,
For one can't love,
For one can't be.
...

And as it raises,
Ever higher,
Seemingly forever,
A misfit and a hope...
...

Disillusionment, a charm,
Working it's way
Through our chambered hearts,
Falling into despair.
...

As the blood drops from the blade,
I taste victory
As the blade's pursed lips
Pass through another cold heart.
...

A tattered falg.
A lost heart.
A wandering mind.
A caged corpse.
...

On the outside...

A closed box
So many scars
...

I am an aura of solemn and deathly wishes.
I wonder why I dream when I know it's futile.
I hear the crackle of vengeance in the spearhead of hatred.
I want peace for none but myself.
