And helpful when controlled.

My life no longer matters and i cannot change that
For it is my mindset and now a fact.

As the blood runs down
It feels so good.
The color so right.
As it reflects my life

i lost my girl and i know i want her back,
but for some reason i wont let myself.
i feel the need to do what i know i shouldn't,
and I'm hurting her AND me and i don't know what to do.

And my breath caught in my throat.
