Joel Garland Poems

A carcass'd maze
Death carnage  for which they graze
A coldness brought
Death welcomed and sought
...

Rushing rapids roaring thru my head
Thru canals tributaries and crevices
That have no end
...

Screaming with no effect
Deaf ears erect
Emotions like fins
Slicing skin

Priests

A carcass'd maze
Death carnage  for which they graze
A coldness brought
Death welcomed and sought

A frenzied feast
Blood stained  teeth
The death of many
Their appetite unceased

Callous and unfeeling
Heads hang from the ceiling
Emotionless and staring
Ruthless and uncaring

An underground darkness
Liars and molesters
Young Victims to find
Like drinking the cup of the priests
Tainted wine
