My Fate Is Hell

I don't trust you now.
I have to talk about it.
But I don't know how
Because I am still so weak.

I must forget your eyes
And I must shut the door.
I'm ready to pay this price
Doesn't scare me any more.

Don't you hear my soul screams
Every night and every day?
How coud you break all my dreams?
You gave no chance to stay.

Now you have much time
To think about my life.
But you don't want to try
And it makes me cry.

My angel couldn't save my soul
And I lost myself.
I know it's my own fault
That my fate is hell.

You even can't suspect
How I'm tired of my life.
I have no hope in fact.
Now I am a suicide.

Jane Trott Comments

Please do not worry about your English. English is not my mother tongue either. I too make mistakes often. If someone points out, I will happily accept it and correct my writing. So, limited to my knowledge, you can count on my support in your endeavour. Bravo!

It will definitely be wonderful if you are sharing translations of Russian poems, because I don't read Russian. I have read a few poems of Pushkin, Akhmatova etc. That is all. Of course, Dostoyevsky, Tolstoy and Mikhail Sholokhov are my favourite Russian authors of fiction.
