It proves her life is full of misery.
With a razor blade, the door locked,
Her only thought now is that she can't stop.

Today you told me I was beautiful,
The prettiest girl you've seen.
You made me feel nice,
kind of like a queen.

A girl walks down the road,
A flower in her hand.
It's for who she loves,
The boy in the band.

With whispers through the crowd,
We watch her disappear.
Something trickles down my cheek,
Its a single lonely tear.

All through the night,
I drift away.
Never again to see
The bright light of day.

The pain you brought to me,
Is ripping my world apart.
My arms reach out.
They only grasp the broken edges of my heart.
