Claudia Warzecha Poems

How do I get from here to there?
Where the sun shakes hands with the moon
and the stars smile upon the elusive lagoon.
...

Molasses

Some days are like Molasses
Dark, golden brown colored,
...

Dreams of my solitary nights within,
the rendering of illusions brought to light,

vividly within the imagination of my mind,
...

Raindrops falling from the sky into
soothing loving arms, reuniting and
drowning, returning home.
...

My mind’s eye can see no evil,

but within her shadows does he linger
...

When I close my eyes
I can see.

When I shut my ears
...

Do they exist?
Or are they visionary dreams,
Which bend and twist in the direction of the wind.
...

Dust descending upon emptiness
dancing, embracing the void,
...

Love please call upon me, invite me in to stay,
so that I may be drawn to drown within your tender
passionate, soothing arms.
...

I shed my robes again,
to reach within your heart.

My colors lenient and vivid,
...

There is a place, far beyond these clouds
I visit in my dreams.

Just being there I want to stay
...

When a days work is contained in a moment
Time stands still
Seconds, Minutes and Hours
Loose their meaning
...

How Do I Get From Here To There?

How do I get from here to there?
Where the sun shakes hands with the moon
and the stars smile upon the elusive lagoon.

How do I get from here to there?
Where the butterflies rest, lions sleep with sheep
and flowers are always in bloom.

How do I get from here to there?
Where the winds whisper creates clouds soft as cotton,
pillows and blankets warming the long ago forgotten.

How do I get from here to there?
Where the moon rocks the ocean ever so gentle,
composing illustrious music for the infinite soul.

Is it the road up high or down below?
Will I find it in the deep valleys of the ocean floor
or above the highest snow covered peaks.
