Seers the skin—wild cries

Deep within it’s pure delight

With russet locks and pristine grin
You are kind-gentle and oh so coy
Full of Life and contented to win

Day One
I awake from the dream to find emptiness
The room is eerily quiet as if time stands still
I find myself frozen in horrified hollowness

What does one do—
when passion suddenly wanes?
Where once it waxed fervently—
on unspoiled prolific plains

You are a rose amoungst the weeds
'tis odium on which your blossom feeds
Fragrant fresh and deprecating with dew
Petals indolent and always a new
...

You turned and gave me a look—a look that could cure all sadness
And everything around me ceased to exist and melted into stillness
In your eyes the world has infinite love
In your eyes is the promise of hope

I am nervous as I sit across from you
Wondering who you are
