Bette Dalia Poems

Sweat drips from face onto the court
In my mind I tell myself,
“Keep going, you got this mess.”
So many encouraging thoughts scrape my brain
...

The Autumn evening sky vanishes
The old, broken park bench fades away
The ever so green leaves seem to fall,
Fall one at a time
...

Ink spills through the page like blood in the heart
Filling every inch of space
With every stroke, with every pump taking it's time
Just to write it's story
...

Angel, do not fret
I am your shadow that follows you forever
Your heart, so close, I have dearly kept
I watch your every move so alive and tender
...

It is impossible to demonstrate
How I love you
To my loved ones
They will ridicule and judge us
...

I love the way you smile Its really a sight to see
No one can compare to thee
I love the way I dream of you
To you I will always be true
...

I sit on my throne with my king at hand
The slaves bowing at the point of my shoes
know that I’m Queen tall I will stand
I will only eat the finest of the royal fruits
...

My Faith is distant
For me hope is gone
The worst part...it happened in an instant
Through these moments I try to stay strong
...

The Best Poem Of Bette Dalia

Mental Toughness

Sweat drips from face onto the court
In my mind I tell myself,
“Keep going, you got this mess.”
So many encouraging thoughts scrape my brain
At this point my body is aching
I look towards the crowd then at my teammates
“People are counting on you”
Is another thought I have
When I feel myself giving up
My mental strength is what will keep me striving
The game is almost over
Now I am thinking, “Whether we win or lose I Know I gave it my all.”
My advice is,
Never give up
Never give in
Give it your all until the end
