Misery my old friend
You know I miss you when you're gone
We used to hang out all damn day
But now you never stay that long

Hell has broken lose, scabs upon the noose
This is the lifestyle I do truly choose
I do not understand your denying hand
when you talk to me it seems your life is bland

I made a suicide note
That said I would soon be in a place where no one can hurt me.
All those lies you filled my head with
Made me crazy.

I sit across this white page
As I scribble about my rage
Writing the words out of my cage
Lying them around the stage
...

People looking amongst a crowd
yet seeing no one there.
Their lives a hollow emptiness,
their pastime is despair.
...

I prayed to god along time ago
Prayed for help with my troubled life
All this time I thought he forgot
But he remembered my prayer and sent an angel
...
