Only a couple caught my eyes
And forced me to hold my tongue

When your white, graceful wings carry you away
I feel trapped, as if I was in under lighted labyrinth
Each wall is a reflection of you, and each mirrored hand
Outstretched in the form of an arrow

A steel crow hits a tower of freedom,

March of impending darkness,

The back bone
Breaking and decaying

I'm here to write- to baffle the senses To confuse and daze! I'm here for wisdom- For knowledge, To create! My name is Troy David Clark And welcome to my realm. EDIT: Haven't been on this since 2010, almost 10 years later here I come crawling back because of a stray memory. I suppose there's nothing wrong with me uploading all my new content right? And since you took the time to read this far I might as well tell you my story eh? This is a biography afterall. I guess we'll start with: So, this isn't my first account. First account I made was a shared with with my best of friends, Neal Simons. This was back in 2006/2007. Some are his works and some are mine, but most are shared creations back in our edge lord days as a, what,9th graders? You can look it up, it exist I promise you lol it's Troy Clark and Neal Simons. I stopped posting poems on that account around 2 years later. Anyway, stopped posting on this account here in like 2010, and just the other day this site popped randomly into my head. Since then, I have written a shit ton more poems and figured, fuck it, might as well post what I've wrote in the last 9 years. Everyone's poetry is sentimental to themselves in a way only they can understand after all. And as we age we change and forget bits and pieces of ourselves, so it's really fun to be able to go back and recollect why you wrote this, and relive a short moment from your past. So what I'm getting at is you get to get a peak into what my state of mind was for the last 14 or so years. It's kinda creepy if you think about it. Cheers!)

Since he, with striving, shall wear a crown of thorns
Speak through the frozen cuticle
Live, oh live, the skin deep bonds
How lovely, this moon, broken and mangled
How kind, this rose, bleed deep your tears
How serene, this long empty, breathe-breathe
Oh sweet pure Lilium-Have mercy on this soul
Oh Lilium, thy fires divine, greet me
