TracyLee Eckstein Poems

The rhythm, the beat,
The love, the hate,
The cold, the heat,
The destiny, the fate
...

2.

I like the sound of the ocean,
It gives me a feeling of pure tranquility,
It's a feeling equivalent to the effect your voice has on me.
...

No sweet nothings,
No fake roses, no physical attractions,
No mis-understandings
No lack of communicating
...

Dear Lord please unburden me,
Unburden me from myself, all in me that may be.
Unburden me from my past,
Unburden me from the nagging fear that love doesn't last.
...

All this discriminating,
Got me contemplating,
Where I belong?
Its got me 'singing the same old song'.
...

There is no love here,
All that exists is anger,
We are tip-toeing around unseen land-mines,
Because the trigger to this anger we will mistakely find,
...

My poetry
Expresses me
There is no other way,
Instead of speaking, I write what I should say.
...

These memories are like watching blood dripping on the floor,
Blood not from any other part of me but the core,
Deep within my being
My eyes are closed, I can't belive what I am seeing,
...

If I could
I would

Make your burdens my own
...

A little more about me
My name is Tracy-lee
I am poetry
Searching for a rhythm derived from a beat
...

To our little miracle
Mommy and Daddy love you
Way before we ever knew
We would have you
...

The Best Poem Of TracyLee Eckstein

Africa

The rhythm, the beat,
The love, the hate,
The cold, the heat,
The destiny, the fate

The country
wealthy
with poverty
The time
to change this cycle - The crime

The joy
In which the people employ.
The nation
with sickness, lack of education.

The death, the birth,
The richness of our wonderful earth.

Africa,
Full of culture,
The people love her.
