We were so unexpected
I had no time to plan
I give my love to you
The best way that I can

I can't always hold you
Although I want to
My words will always tell you
My love for you is true

I wish we had a day
So I could prove beyond a doubt
The love you see when we meet
Is what I'm all about

If you give me a chance
To share this life with you
The days will be so wonderful
The nights my love will shine through
