My heart is pounding
like never before
my eyes are swollen
my legs are sore

I've had my heart broken
I've had my dreams shattered
But once I found you
none of that mattered

I gave you my body
I gave you my soul
How could I have known
you'd make me a fool

Now I cry alone
in my bed every night
wanting to go to you,
but this urge I fight

I'm not myself
when I'm not with you
and I cant help wish
that you were sad too
