Drive Your Own Bus

Set to the highway
So much to see
No signs to follow
No GPS to read
Come to the crossroad
A decision to be made
Right over left
Or left over right
Tension builds
Which way do I go
Backseat drivers
Plead their case
Shout out and say
This is my own bus
You have no input
It's my damn choice
I make the turn
For I am pleased
To the dismay of some
Mumble from the back
Pull over my coach
And open the door
Your free to get off
I need you no more
I am peace
With the choice I made
I am driving my bus
And enjoying the ride
Can not please everyone
I take it in stride
