On The Edge Of War

What is war? A fictitious lie,
where corporates earn and soldiers die.

A necessary evil in democracy,
So you keep believing in this hypocrisy.

They keep you united, only within their borders,
and feed you with lies so you'd follow their orders.

The fact they tell is far weirder than fiction,
And their incapabilities blamed to overpopulation.

As the truth is far from our reach,
we preach and practice whatever they teach.

Our ignorance is their most powerful weapon,
let's join our hands and teach them a lesson.

They have taken shamelessness to the next level,
Exploiting the earth and slaughtering the rebel.

Patience would make things only worse,
Soon the wounds will be too dread to nurse.

The freedom you live is just an illusion,
And the truth to be seeked only with a revolution.

We will be slaved in the most obvious sense,
If not today people shall we break the fence.

To take them down who keep us divided,
And so shall we get humanity united.

I know it shall cause a great unrest,
An Armageddon, the blood will never rest.

It will flow endlessly from bodies of us,
But shall refertile the earth and regain our trust.

We should do it for our children's sake,
So they shall not live in a world so fake.

For thousands of years we fought for our greed,
Now we shall fight as a righteous creed.

With no hidden agenda for any power,
Just to save others from further blood showers.

We shall sacrifice ourselves like a candle that burns,
To correct all wrongs not for the respect we'd earn.

All my life I have never been so sure,
But as of today I know that we are BRINK OF WAR.
