No job.
No wife.
No kids.

Have you seen my crab?
I lost it last night...
As soon as I got out of the cab,
It vanished from my sight...

Born and raised on 4th street,
I had no shoes to cover my feet
With corn flakes for dinner,
and not enough for lunch,

Rex Lemon Biography

In July of 1988, I was born in Zagreb, Croatia. In 1991, when I was 3, my family moved to Brooklyn, New York, in the U.S.A, where I have been living for the last 19 years. I don't remember much about my home country, but I plan to go back someday after I graduate college. Anyway, I'm not really your typical poet. I like to write about 'goofy things', and I don't really take it seriously either. I wrote my first poem when I was 10, the poem was titled 'Missing Crab', (which you can see on my page) , for a school project, and it made the papers. Since then, my goal in poetry is to cheer people up, rather than put them down, like 95% of all poetry does. I'm happy about 90% of the time. Maybe even 95... I love hanging with my friends, and hooking up with random women. I love to party, listen to music, and watch sports, especially Hockey and Football. I attend Long Island University in New York. I'm majoring in Business, and minoring in Journalism. I've written two books, both yet to be published. My two favorite musician's are Kid Cudi, and Jason Mraz... I listen to probably about 2 hours worth of Cudi every day. He is a big inspiration to my recent poetry.)

Livin' The Dream, Bro

No job.
No wife.
No kids.

Yet you're still livin' large

Weekends at the bar,
Weekdays on the couch,
Belly sticking out,

Yet you're still livin' large.

You got high the other night,
You still have no job,
But you got 'high! '

So you're still 'livin' large.'
