There is one thing that no one can take away from you
but you can give it away many time
it can make you smile or it can make you cry
it can take you to the highest of highs or the lowest of lows
it can guide you though life it can stop you in your tracks
it can be all things to everyone and it can be nothing to anyone
but when you give this do not expect it to come back to you
when you receive it you do not have to give it in return
but when it is all said and done you will give it and receive it so much
that you will know that you have been loved
and this thing is your heart
