You'Re Just A Mistake Poem by Jame Paise

You'Re Just A Mistake

Rating: 2.5

You're just a mistake
waiting to happen
staying in place at the end of the
line
tears continue to blur your vision
still insisting you'll be fine
Holding your breath
not wanting to miss it
this chance you've been patient for
Half your life
The other half trying to break out of
it
englobing you away from your
passion -your fire
The train won't ever come
it was never there for me
Take my hand; nothing is left
we'll go to the sea
Floating bodies turned grey
crashed out of those nightmare
memories
