I can feel you in the world around me,
That you are not far away,
I can see you in my dreams,
And I wish you would stay,
He says I'm still in love with you,
I want to believe that's not true.
But I can hardly breathe,
Since the day I left you,

These days are long and I'm stressing over,
Just one hug from you would win me over,
I can't explain why I love you this much,
But its only you that I long to touch,
I even feel stupid for falling for you \,
But somewhere in my heart just said to wait for you,

So even though you have another person and so do I,
I wish that we could turn back time,
Even though our time together was short,
You were worth all the hurt,
I feel sometimes I shouldn't have left,
But you were someone I was forced to forget.
