You know I hate white bread
I prefer whole wheat instead

You know I wish I could remember one dream
And that when I see a bug I scream

You know I love chocolate cake
And that when dogs come near I shake

You know I like everyone in my grade
And everyone knows I always sway

You know I hate puddles and rain
And that I love to travel in a plane

But would you know,
every night my tears are shed?
Or that sometimes I wish I were dead?

would you know,
I have cero self-esteem?
Or I’d give anything to be on a team?


Has it crossed your mind,
That I wish my heart wouldn’t ache?
Or that my smile is always fake?

Have you ever thought,
I might be afraid?
Or that I fear being betrayed?

But would you know,
I’m filled with pain?
Or that I might be going insane?

I hope you know,
You don’t know me at all
