You Are Not Alone Poem by Larry Shinagawa

You Are Not Alone

Rating: 5.0

And it's said,
'life is transitory.'

People come and go.
Have their infinite desire aflamed.
An unquenchable yearning
of a drop of water
to seek the sea.

What you desire
No one can give.

It is your own heart's desire
and that heart is unbeknownst by all,
perhaps including yourself.

But know this....

Someone listens
to the roar of a waterfall
as that droplet rushes
down the mountain
into the sea.

And hears your wish.
