Alone sitting here wishing you are here
Watching all the lovers as they smile
And I wouldn’t look for anyone but you

While the sun is setting down the shore
I wish you are safe and fine across the ocean
That now I know you are my life, my hope

Singing song out loud alone by myself
Hoping beyond the distance you could hear
That you are my melody, my song in life

Though years would take before I see you again
Looking at your picture and holding your daughter
Makes me close to you and feel you are there

Endless night alone in my own very room
Only you I want right next to me
Waiting here until you finally came

Soon we will be around each others arm
Wondering how sweet the scene could be
This love will win, this love will be forever true
