you are like sand
slipping away from my hand
each passing moment
but the little bruises that you make
on my fingers and palms untamed
into the cycle of life
and that run wild
in the passion of love
make you stay forever
you are not a wound
that will never heal
but a sweet paining scar
that will forever remain
dear to my heart
somethings will stay
others will fade away
into the distant shore
but whenever i'll come
and my feet will dip in your warmth
the soothing pure fire will burn in me
you were never mine forever,
you never could be
but each moment is a reminder
of the cherished remainder
of loving memories
maybe i have no love stories to tell
perhaps, i never will
no fairy tales, no loving forever
but moments that we shared
will be there always together
in the sweet act of loving you.
