You Again Poem by Nikia Tate

You Again

I fall. And every time it is painful. I am not without fault, I I will not blame. My choices are mine, and so are my tears. In numerous times, I've let go of my fears. Only to find myself back here in this place I despise. My hearts longing is certainly my demise. Why can't I hold on to the songs that once gave hopeful pleasure. My familiar associate, fear, again we dance together. Complex twists and turns, a gentle sway, my eyes burn. Pay my pain no never mind, false hope for me you left behind. With knowing what I did wrong this time. I'm always told, I'll be just fine. I close the door, now back to me, I guess this is all it will ever be.
