You Poem by Jennifer Peckins

You

This was your mistake
Was it love, was it hate
Was it the knife cutting my skin
Is that what made it begin
Are your eyes cold and tired
Every guy you admired
All your lust sinking in
All your lies, all your sin
Were your words ever true
What about the girls
Did they mean anything to you
Did you feel their touch when we kissed
All along is that what you missed
Am I nothing compared to them
Should I just make it all end
You can go back to the satisfaction
The sexual distraction
That made you so happy
Obviously without me you can be
