Yoga 4 - To Make A U Turn Poem by Geeta Radhakrishna Menon

Yoga 4 - To Make A U Turn

Rating: 5.0

To point a finger at others
To count the mistakes of others,
To analyse and argue unnecessarily,
To criticise and condemn unendingly,
To pronounce a judgment!
O Man! Such an effortless game!

Yoga instructs one to make a ‘U' turn,
To point the finger at one's own self,
To analyse one's own thoughts,
To reflect on one's own actions,
To correct one's own mistakes,
To make a judgment of the self!

Self-awareness is the very first
Step of Yogic study and practice!
