Inner journey begins with science,
Inculcating a steady quiescence;
Injecting abundant patience
Iterating persistent effervescence!
Introspection -the seed of Yoga,
Involving a marathon effort,
Indicating lapses and loopholes,
Inducing strong resolution to betterment
Irrevocable control of mind,
Irrepressible thirst to seek,
Inward path to follow and bind,
Irretrievable journey to peace!
Indefatigable path to progress
Igniting the lamp of knowledge!
