Yearning Poem by Blythe Davis

Yearning

I wish I could
just disappear and reappear
dancing in your tears, nothing babe
nothing, could hold you down
as much as fear.

Once I could, disappear and
reappear
and I am who I always
am not hiding in fear.
so whats it to ya
You wanna love and conquer this
thing called fear?

Let us dance on the tables and
make some heads turn for we
know-they yearn to live in this place.
they're yearning to go off.
and proceed some learning
for conquering this sick lost land of fears, that leaves us rusting
years, they've got to believe us
for life without fear
your not speaking in your tears.
