World War Ii Poem by Michael Marshall Jr.

World War Ii

1942 was a man in power
Heartless as he watched death from his tower
Millions who died creating rivers of blood
The whole east will cover with a red flood
Smoke and fire which fill the night
Women and children forced to fight
Bodies robed and raped who had no grave
The heroic act of a sniper so very brave
A hero amongst thousands he soon become
Still today we recognize his fame
For this war there’s only one to blame
At the enemies gates
The eyes Hitler’s a man with such hate
