Without You Poem by DeAire Taylor

Without You

Rating: 5.0

Where is your hand?
Where is your heart?
The memories of me holding you are still in my head
Every beat in my heart represents the times we said 'I Love You'
At sunrise, we held hands and walked through the Forest of Hate, for there were alot of people that didn't like us together as one
In the moonlight, we danced the night away slowly as if it were our last
I was the bad romance to your love game
I was your guardian angel because I protected you from bullies of another race
We were next door but still miles away from each others arms
We were a perfect picture but with no frame
You were the key that opened the door to my undying love
But unfortunately, our love was so hot that it had to burn out
I was leaving my castle to move back to hell on earth
As we looked into each others eyes I held you on more time and kissed your lips
The next day I was gone and it was a knife to the chest for me
Everyday I look at pictures of you
Wishing there was some way that I can be next to you
I never got to say I love you as much as I wanted to but I do
I say it now and you can't hear me
I wonder what good does that do me now
But somehow I know you're near me
And I know one day
We'll see each other again
Just hope its not too late
