With That Money Speaks All Languages Poem by Francis Duggan

With That Money Speaks All Languages

With that money speaks all languages one must agree
On that one you will not have an argument from me
But money cannot guarantee you a longer life span
And that applies to every woman and to every man,
Like the poor homeless one the billionaire has to die
And the monarch and president are mortals just like you and i
And since none of the hereafter have come back to tell
Why pray for life in heaven or fear life in hell?
I would like to own a million in money or having said that two
For having that much money so much one could do
To help out those i know out of their financial mess
Their sad lack of money is causing them stress
For money speaks every language and it seems sad to say
That the gap between the haves and the have nots is widening today.
