Wisdom And...... Poem by PARTHA SARATHI PAUL

Wisdom And......

Wisdom makes one wise.
But it takes many things.
A wise human misses and loses a lot.
One of its side effects is long-sightedness.

It looks down upon gross pleasure.
It sees the cloud of consequences.
It smells the rotten rat almost everywhere.
It makes one more thinker than a doer.

Aloha Partha Sarathi Paul... Such a concise write, on an infinite subject... Wisdom, makes one more thinker than a doer(?) Is not thinking, then not doing? I postulate that thinking is the logical beginning of doing... as one can see, on a universal basis, the results of doing, without logical thinking... I purpose that each of US, concentrate more profoundly on the thinking end of any project... of any endeavor... on any discussion which will affect the times and lives of any other being, on this planet... After all, what is in the rush to do? Are we running out of time as a species? Is personal fear so prevalent that we must shove all thought and logic aside for the profit of self, won in a swift and poorly researched idea? and so on, and so forth we trudge... slogging through the pros and cons, entertaining the yeas or nays... establishing a stand in personal thoughts and works of words... that many times reveal our chaotic and truly disturbed personal views or judgments about this concept or that subject... and failing to make the most wise point, within the thoughts expressed in the words we wright... personal interpretations of subjects of this magnitude must be infallible... or so gloriously spun that the readership is placed in such a drunken stupor that the point flies right over their heads... I digress thoroughly from my thoughts on and about your words... My interpretation of Wisdom, is Teaching... nothing more, nothing less... Wisdom is the level attained by letting loose of those characteristics you suggest in your perception of this term... The term implies this... simply search the definition for clarification of my concerns... Now comes the question... was this post your effort to impart your personal ideals, or to be critical of an individual? I offer this suggestion... review the life and works of Puranapanda Surya Prakasha Dikshithulu... review your accomplishments and goals to date... then return to this subject, and in the same number of words... really make your point to US... My friend and fellow bard... do endeavor to write up, to really unleash the forces that compel you to offer your thoughts and works of words to the all of US... All of the best from this life, to you, and all of your relations... Michaelw1two.
