Winter Poem by Tom Buthkil

Winter

The Winter's melody plays the first snow
So bright and harmful is how it shows
You come here every year
And when you are gone we start to fear
You take away the heat for days
So cold you simply lay

You freeze the sea with all your love
Something I wish to be a part of
When I sit here all alone
Feeling like I've grown
I make you cry
Hoping to end this lie

Now that the cloud go away
The sun burns the days
We hope you could just stay
Oh it glows from far away
We hope for you to stay
I hope to see you another day
