Wind Stutters Poem by Emmanuel George Cefai

Wind Stutters

the wind stutters
the chill stammers
the wind trembles
the snow dries
the rain ceases
and then cries
the night that was
overcast
now
begins to glow
with stars
burning stars and
yet again
stops the tempest
reigns the calm
and
then Dawn
brings a new day
