And will be up for sale in a month or so,
Such a bargain; believe you me!

A beautiful cottage of classical white
By the side of an English oak tree
It has class, it has style and sweetness;
Hot property, you will surely agree.
A writer of fame once stayed there
And a Nobleman from history.
