Will You Serve Me Food? There Is None In The House, How To Get It? Poem by Bijay Kant Dubey

Will You Serve Me Food? There Is None In The House, How To Get It?

When there remains it none to give food,
The house lies fallen vacant unexpectedly,
I think,
How will the house run on
In the absence of a Grihalakshmi,
A good-natured, auspicious Lakshmi-like she?
We need an Annadata, Food-giver
From whose hands flows it amrita, nectar, honey,
An Annapurna, one representing bounty of grains and corns.
