Wildflowers In The Breeze Poem by Peter Van Camp

Wildflowers In The Breeze

Wildflowers In The Breeze

Night had fallen and my day was done
As my eyes slowly closed
I drifted off to a lush green meadow
With wildflowers bending in the breeze
Hand in hand we walked
Sharing the love in our hearts
Then suddenly I stopped
I had a job to do
A bouquet of wildflowers was the reason
For a maiden as beautiful as the season
With love in our hearts we carried on
Through the lush green meadow
With wildflowers bending in the breeze
